Yes! The brightness is adjustable with the arrow buttons on the back.

At your alarm time the Lamp turns on and brightens gradually over about 9 minutes. It turns itself off an hour later unless you tap a button first.

Bed Signal is a bedtime reminder: the Lamp comes on at the time you set, and dims after about an hour. Wind-Down is the feature that turns the Lamp off at bedtime. Both are set in the app.
