US customers have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any order placed on loftie.com.
Items must be in like-new condition with all parts and accessories, ideally in the original packaging.

International orders can be returned too. Orders shipped outside the United States, Canada included, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start in our returns portal or email support@loftie.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. If your Loftie arrives damaged, stops working, or isn’t what you ordered, email support@loftie.com. We’ll replace it or refund you.
If you no longer have the packaging, please include enough protection that the device does not get damaged in transit. If your Loftie arrives damaged or without all accessories and parts, you are eligible for up to a 50% refund.
Your refund is issued once the return is marked delivered, and reaches your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after that. We’ll email you when your return is approved and when your label is ready.
All items are eligible for return except the Refurbished Clock and Lamp, Mouth Tape, Puzzles, Sleep Masks, Dark Dots, Stick'ems, The Magical Dream Box Books, LoftiePM and Gift Cards. These are final sale because they're paper, personal-care items, or otherwise can't be resold once opened.
