The Loftie app is free, and it’s home base for everything Loftie: it’s where you set alarms on your devices, adjust their settings, and set up your Loftie Card. And you don’t need a Loftie device to get something out of it — the sounds, Sound Mixer, phone alarms, Rest and Henry all work on their own.

What’s in the app

  • Sounds. The full Loftie sound library — color noises, soundscapes, meditations and stories — right on your phone.
  • Sound Mixer. New: layer sounds on top of each other to build your own perfect mix.
  • Phone alarms. Set alarms on your phone with the same gentle two-phase Loftie wake-up tones as the Clock. Perfect for travel — or for trying the Loftie wake-up if you’re thinking about a Loftie Clock.
  • Rest.* Scheduled app blocking around sleep, so your phone goes quiet in the evening and eases back in the morning. How Rest works
  • Henry.* Your personal assistant, right in the app. Meet Henry

*Rest and Henry are currently free for everyone while in beta. Everything else in the app is free forever.

With your Loftie Clock and Lamp

Setting up a new device? Follow the step-by-step guides: Loftie Clock setup or Loftie Lamp setup — and if Wi-Fi gives you trouble, the network troubleshooting guide sorts out most of it.

Once you’re set up, the app is where you control your devices:

  • Create, edit and turn alarms on or off — across every device on your account
  • Adjust settings: volume, nightlight brightness, 12/24-hour time, Bed Signal and routines
  • Set sunrise alarms and custom light modes on the Lamp
  • Start software updates and get new sounds

The Clock is still complete on its own: once it’s set up, everything it does also works from its buttons, so you can leave your phone out of the bedroom entirely.

Set up your Loftie Card

The app is also where your Loftie Card comes to life: choose which apps and sites go quiet, then tap the card to your phone to start or end a session. For a full walkthrough of how the Card works and what it can block, see the Loftie Card guide.
