In the Loftie app:

1. Tap the menu in the upper right.
2. Choose Subscription.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel subscription.

Signed up inside the iPhone app? Apple bills that membership, so cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions.

There’s no website login, so the app is where you manage your membership. A new Clock or Lamp usually comes with a free first month of Loftie+ that renews on its own unless you cancel.
