If you already have a Loftie+ membership: Rest blocks distracting apps around sleep in three phases (Relax, Sleep and Rise), Focus blocks them during the day, and the Loftie Card, Flip widget and browser extension work with it. The answers below cover managing your membership.

2. Choose Membership.
3. Cancel is at the bottom.

Signed up inside the iPhone app? Apple bills that membership, so cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Signed up inside the Android app? Cancel it in Google Play, under Subscriptions.
